Victoria is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance Practice where she represents commercial banks and other financial institutions. Victoria’s practice focuses on structuring, documenting, and negotiating a variety of corporate finance transactions including, syndicated and single-bank senior secured acquisition financing and asset-based loan facilities.
