About Stacy
Stacy practices in the firm’s Real Estate Finance Group, representing financial institutions and other institutional clients in connection with single-lender and syndicated, multi-lender construction, mezzanine and permanent financing projects on a local and national basis across a variety of asset classes, including office buildings, hotels, multi-family projects and retail centers.
Stacy is a member of the firm’s executive committee. She is also the hiring partner for the firm’s recently expanded summer associate program and a co-chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. In these complementary roles, Stacy is seeking to increase the involvement of more of the firm’s attorneys in the screening, interview, and selection process of incoming associates and to expand both the diversity and the engagement of the firm’s partners, associates, and staff.
- Representation of an administrative agent in its syndicated $750 million senior loan for the financing of an office building located in Manhattan, with multiple layers of mezzanine debt in the capital stack
- Representation of an administrative agent in its syndicated $1.15 billion term loan for the permanent financing of an office building located in Manhattan
- Representation of an administrative agent in its syndicated $148.6 million term loan for the acquisition of a multi‐family building located in Menlo Park, California
- Representation of an administrative agent in its syndicated $185 million term loan for the refinancing of an office building located in Washington, D.C.
- Representation of an administrative agent in its $63 million term loan for the acquisition of six shopping centers located in upstate New York
- Representation of a lender in its $100 million land loan for the acquisition of a development parcel located in Manhattan
- Representation of an administrative agent in its syndicated $105 million construction loan for a multi-family project located in Long Island City
- Representation of an administrative agent in its syndicated $76 million term loan for the refinancing of four hotel properties located in South Carolina, Georgia, Michigan and Texas
