About Simon

Simon’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions and syndicators as tax counsel to their community development investments involving low-income housing credits, new markets tax credits and historic tax credits. Prior to joining the firm, Simon was an associate at a large international law firm where he represented investors in their low-income housing tax credit and new markets tax credit transactions, including those coupled with other economic incentives.
